Record claims, not just sources
A bibliography lists what was used. An evidence map also records which claim each source supports and how strongly it supports it.
Verify metadata
Check title, authors, year, venue and DOI or stable URL. A relevant title alone is not proof that the source supports a claim.
Handle gaps honestly
When evidence remains unavailable, narrow or remove the claim instead of inventing a citation or forcing the user to upload a public source.
